RED PINE CAMP SHAREHOLDER AGM NOTICE
The Red Pine Camp 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday October 17, 2020, at 2:00 pm EDT, on the Zoom meeting platform. All regular AGM presentations, voting via poll and question periods will take place on Zoom during the meeting.
Shareholders watch your email or mail box for the link to register to attend the 2020 AGM and to see your Shareholder AGM Package. If you did not receive your shareholder package, please contact the office via email: redpine@redpinecamp.org to update your information and to receive the links.
If you are unable to attend, please submit your Proxy for the meeting as it is important that we reach quorum to hold the session. If you are able to attend, we look forward to “seeing” you there!
