Booking Request Guidelines
Shareholders and returning 2023 campers may request a booking February 1st (confirmations sent Mid March),
and New Campers (and Campers who’ve taken a hiatus) may request a booking March 1st (confirmations sent April-May).
Cabin Request Notes for Summer 2024 : Cabin allocations in 2023 will inform the 2024 booking process.

NEW – Check-In will be 4:00pm and Check-Out will be 11:00am for all Sessions.
NOTE: No lunch will be served on check-out day unless you have a booking in the following week.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS
At this time, there is no requirement to inform camp of your vaccine status or wear masks at camp. Should you feel more comfortable wearing masks indoors or in group situations you are welcome to do so.
Camping Dates & Rates
The rates as posted above include 3 meals daily, cabin accommodations, and use of all camp facilities.
All rates are subject to HST(13%). Children’s rates are based on their age as of July 1st this year.
Campers attending a FULL SESSION should appear on the registration request. Campers attending for a partial session (eg. visiting for a few days) should not appear on the registration, but should check in at the office upon arrival as a daily camp visitor and settle their account at that time.
Accepted camper registration requests will be considered as “in camp” and will each be charged the full session fee.
Deposits
NEW* Online Bill Payment is no longer available due to rising costs to maintain the service.
Your Deposit is required at the camp office immediately upon receiving your cabin assignment email. Deposits may be paid by cheque mailed to the Ottawa office, e-transfer to redpine@redpinecamp.org noting the Booking ID#, or by Credit Card (3% service fee) through Red Pine Camp’s Online Credit Card Payment” site.
Final camp bills are due two (2) weeks prior to your arrival at camp.
Payment Methods
Deposits are due upon the confirmation of cabin allocation email, and final payments are due two weeks prior to camp. Deposits may be paid via Cheque, Cash, E-transfer or online credit card payment (incurs a 3% fee).

Final Camp Bill Payment
Cancellation Policy
FAMILY CAMP The Red Pine Camp office must be notified of any adjustment(s) to the registration request (including camper cancellations), as soon as possible, prior to final payment. In the event of a full registration cancellation with more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit, less a $150.00 administration charge for weekly registrations, and $100 for Canada Day and Labour Day weekends, will be refunded. Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will receive a refund of any camp fees received less the full session deposit.
LEADERSHIP CAMP Cancellations for Red Pine Leadership Camp requested before June 1st will receive a refund of any payments less an administration charge of 50% of the deposit. RPLC bookings cancelled after June 1st will be refunded the camp fees and any Tuck Shop deposits less the full deposit amount. Guests Visiting You at Camp
Guests or visitors staying overnight at camp must have a family cabin in which to stay. Red Pine Camp’s Insurance Policy does not allow sleeping in tents, vehicles or trailers on site.
