At this time, there is no requirement to inform camp of your vaccine status or wear masks at camp.  Should you feel more comfortable wearing masks indoors or in group situations you are welcome to do so.

You must be 19 years of age or older to request a cabin booking at Red Pine Camp.

The rates as posted above include 3 meals daily, cabin accommodations, and use of all camp facilities.

All rates are subject to HST(13%).  Children’s rates are based on their age as of July 1st this year.

Campers attending a FULL SESSION should appear on the registration request.  Campers attending for a partial session (eg. visiting for a few days) should not appear on the registration, but should check in at the office upon arrival as a daily camp visitor and settle their account at that time.

Accepted camper registration requests will be considered as “in camp” and will each be charged the full session fee.

Once your cabin has been assigned to you and you have received your cabin assignment email, a deposit of $200.00 per adult (16 and over) per session and $100.00 per child (aged 4 and over) per session is required to confirm your registration. The deposit for Canada Day Weekend and Labour Day Weekend is $150.00 per adult and $50.00 per child. There is no deposit required for campers under the age of 4 years.

Your Deposit is required at the camp office immediately upon receiving your cabin assignment email. Deposits may be paid by cheque mailed to the Ottawa office, e-transfer to "> noting the Booking ID#, or by Credit Card (3% service fee) through Red Pine Camp’s Online Credit Card Payment” site.

Remaining camp fees are due no later than June 1, 2026.

Each cheque that is returned or dishonoured will incur a $50 plus HST, administration charge which will be added to your camp bill.

Deposits are due upon the confirmation of cabin allocation email, and final payments are due two weeks prior to camp.  Deposits may be paid via Cheque, Cash, E-transfer or online credit card payment.

NEW PROCESS – Campers are asked settle their final camp bill no later than June 1, 2026.  Please ensure that the campers appearing on the bill for the session intend to be at camp for the full timeframe.  If not, please remove them from the booking before June 1, 2026. *We will create a ‘Daily Visitor’ bill for family members only able to attend for a few days, or they can be added on to your registration at camp if plans change.  Cancellation Policy Revised January 2025 – see below.

There will be no camp fee refunds for families, groups or individuals who may miss meals or are absent from the camp for any portion of the paid reservation period.

• Registration cancellations submitted prior to May 1^st will receive a refund minus a $150.00 administrative fee
• Any booking deposits not received by May 1^st will result in the booking being cancelled and the cabin being re-assigned to a family on the waitlist.
• Cabin and individual booking cancellations submitted after May 1 and before June 1 will be refunded all fees less the entire booking deposit.
• Any cancellation made after June 1^st will forfeit the full camp fee.

*Note – the Camp reserves the right and may refund deposits/fees in exceptional circumstances.

Leadership Camp – Cancellations for Red Pine Leadership Camp requested before June 1st will receive a refund of any payments less an administration charge of 50% of the deposit. RPLC bookings cancelled after July 1st will be refunded 50% of the camp fees and any Tuck Shop deposits less the full deposit amount. Should you have any questions, please contact the office at .

Please inform the office by the morning of the day when you expect guests if they intend to join us for a meal so that we may notify the dining hall staff. When your guests arrive, they must check in at the office to sign waivers and settle their fees at that time.  We do not operate as an open restaurant, so daily fees are not posted. Please contact the camp office for rates.

Guests or visitors staying overnight at camp must have a family cabin in which to stay.  Red Pine Camp’s Insurance Policy does not allow sleeping in tents, vehicles or trailers on site.
