Online Reservations

Shareholders and Returning campers can now register online.  All other registrants must follow the ‘New Camper’ process.   NOTE: All ‘New’ campers registering online will not have their applications reviewed by the camp office.

Mac / Apple users: Please use Mozilla Firefox when accessing the camp registration system. Safari may work for the initial registration, but you may have difficulty logging back in or making changes in the future.

Red Pine Camp - Online Registration

***Important Registration Notes***

  • Cabin Requests (aka Cabin Mates) can only be made by the ‘Primary Camper’.  This camper type must be selected by the person completing the registration in order to make a cabin request. All other adult campers should use the ‘Adult’ type.  A Cabin Mate screen will appear after the medical screen – this is where you make cabin requests (it is called ‘Cabin Mate’ however).
  • The billing information on your reservations must be identical for all the campers you register.  The first name, last name and address must be filled in identically on the billing information page for all the campers you register. We group acknowledgements and invoices by these fields.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registering a 1 or 2 year-old camper?

We are using a slightly modified process to register these campers. Please refer to the RPC – New User Manual documentation and the green on-screen notes inside the registration application.

Required to be completed by all campers – Waivers

Also new this year will be the requirement of a signed waiver for each camper. This is a requirement for insurance as well as the Ontario Camps Association and has become necessary in a wide variety of organizations (including schools, churches, sports clubs, camps and community organizations).  Each adult camper (18 years and older) is required to complete and sign a waiver while children and minors (less than 18 years) can be included on one form which must be signed by each responsible parent. Please print the attached form(s), read, print and sign them, and return them to Red Pine Camp along with your deposit payment
