RPLC CAMPERS

RPLC provides

intensive leadership training for teens entering grades 7-11 in an exciting overnight camp environment.  Campers sleep in cabins with carefully selected cabin counselors and are provided with healthy meals and days packed full of leadership development, camp wide games, interest groups, evening activities, swimming, water activities and general camp fun.

Leadership training includes a host of interactive activities that integrate communication, conflict resolution, team building, diversity, self-discovery and more.  We incorporate a low ropes course and all areas of camp into the program, providing hands-on leadership experiences through which to learn these important skills.

CIT Program

will expand on prior leadership knowledge and build a solid understanding of what it means to be a counselor and lead others in a position of responsibility.  The CIT program is for students who are 16 at the time of camp or are entering grade 11 in the fall.  There are a limited number of spaces available for CIT’s.  Applicants will be accepted on a first come first served basis.  You will be notified if you are placed on the waiting list for this program.

Fees include:

Bus transportation to and from Carlingwood Mall in Ottawa, an RPLC t-shirt, delicious and healthy meals and snacks, 6 days of intensive leadership training by experienced and well trained staff, daily interest groups, large and small group camp activities and games, evening activities and a lifetime of memories.

Important Registration Information:

  • EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION up to and including January 31, 2018 $547 plus HST
  • On February 1st, 2018 Regular Camp fees are $567 plus HST
  • REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE until the non-refundable deposit of $100 AND all registration forms including waiver, medical form and registration terms and conditions have been submitted
  • FULL PAYMENT for RPLC is due June 1, 2018

Your booking will be confirmed once your deposit and all paperwork has been received.

must accompany or be followed by the Camper’s Registration Forms (links below).  Deposits can be made by e-transfer, use password Leadership; or by cheque payable to Red Pine Camp (note: RPLC and your booking ID on the cheque).

RPLC Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Red Pine Leadership Camp made before June 1st will be refunded the camp fee, less an administration charge of 50% of the booking deposit.  Bookings cancelled after June 1st will forfeit the entire booking deposit; the balance of camp fees will be refunded.

Registration deadline is June 1, 2018, however, we will still accept registrations as long as there are camper spots available.  After June 1st, once your online registration has been submitted, you will receive and email confirming that we have received your registration and either stating the next steps or indicating your place on the waiting list.  Full payment will be required with the camper forms to confirm your spot.
