You must be 19 years of age or older to place a booking request for a cabin at Red Pine Camp, and you must be in attendance and responsible for all underage campers in your cabin for the requested session.

The rates as posted above include 3 meals daily, cabin accommodations, and use of all camp facilities.
All rates are subject to HST(13%).  Children’s rates are based on their age as of July 1st this year.

Accepted camper registration requests will be considered as “in camp” and will each be charged the full session fee.  Once registered in camp, there will be no refunds for families or individuals who may miss meals or are absent from the camp for any portion of the paid reservation period.

Campers attending a FULL WEEK should appear on the registration request.  Campers who plan to visit your in your cabin for a short stay should not appear on the registration, but should check in at the office upon arrival as a daily camp visitor and settle their account at that time.

Deposits:

Once your cabin has been assigned to you will receive a cabin assignment and deposit request email.  Deposits are due upon receipt of the email to confirm your registration.  For a weekly session:  deposits are $150.00 per adult (16 and over) and $100.00 per child (aged 4 and over) per week.  The deposit for Canada Day Weekend and Labour Day Weekend is $100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child.  There is no deposit required for campers under the age of 4 years.

Your deposit is required at the camp office immediately upon receiving your cabin assignment email.

Deposits may be paid by cheque mailed to the Ottawa office, e-transfer to redpine@redpinecamp.org, or through your bank as a “bill payment”.  Please see “How to Pay Your Bill Online ” for information.

Balance of Camp Fees:

If you choose, the balance of your unpaid camp fee may be paid online up to two weeks prior to your arrival at camp.  Otherwise, the balance of your unpaid camp fee is due upon your arrival at camp and is payable by cheque, cash, e-transfer or debit at that time.

Paying by Debit? Please make sure you have increased the daily limit on your debit card prior to arriving at camp to cover your payment.  

Adjustments & Cancellation Policy:

Each cheque that is returned to the camp or dishonoured will incur a $50 plus HST, administration charge which will be added to your camp bill.

We are sorry, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR POSTDATED CHEQUES.

The Red Pine Camp office must be notified of any adjustment(s) to the registration request (including camper cancellations), at least 30 days prior to date of arrival.  In the event of a cabin cancellation, the deposit, less a $100.00 administration charge (plus HST 13%) for weekly registrations, and $50 (plus HST 13%) for long weekends, will be refunded.  If the office is notified of the cabin cancellation with less than 30 days notice, the entire deposit will be kept, and only the remaining camp fees will be refunded.
