The rates as posted above include 3 meals daily, cabin accommodations, and use of all camp facilities.
All rates are subject to HST(13%). Children’s rates are based on their age as of July 1st this year.
Once your cabin has been assigned to you and you have received your cabin assignment email, a deposit of $150.00 per adult (16 and over) per week and $100.00 per child aged 4 and over per week is required to confirm your registration. The deposit for Canada Day Weekend and Labour Day Weekend is $100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child aged 4 and older. There is no deposit required for campers under the age of 4 years.
Your deposit AND waiver(s) are required at the camp office immediately upon receiving your cabin assignment email. Deposits may be paid by cheque mailed to the Ottawa office, e-transfer or through your bank as a “bill payment”. Please see “How to Pay Your Bill Online ” for information.
Accepted camper registration requests will be considered as “in camp” and will each be charged the full session fee. Campers attending for a partial week should not appear on the registration, but should check in at the office upon arrival and settle their account at that time.
Paying by Debit? Please make sure you have increased the daily limit on your debit card prior to arriving at camp to cover your payment.
Cheques that are returned or dishonoured will incur a $50 plus HST, administration charge which will be added to your camp bill.

Adjustments & Cancellation Policy
The Red Pine Camp office must be notified of any adjustment(s) to the registration request (including camper cancellations), at least 30 days prior to date of arrival. In the event of a registration cancellation, the deposit, less a $100.00 administration charge (plus HST 13%) for weekly registrations, and $50 (plus HST 13%) for long weekends, will be refunded only if this procedure is observed.
The full unpaid balance of your camp fees are payable by cheque, cash or debit and are due upon your arrival at camp. Or as an option, the full balance of your camp fees may be paid online up to 5 days prior to your arrival at camp.
